World Most Horrifying Place - The Island of the Dolls

Hey have you ever visit the island of the dolls in mexico?? this place was really creepy.. those place was full with an old dolls which give us more horror environment in that place. those dolls in the island of the dolls reminds me to our previous post about the most horrifying toys ever.. maybe this place was more creepy than those toys.

It really creepy place. how can this island known as the island of the dolls?? hmm it reminds me to the horror movie like the bride of chucky. anyway this place was known as the most creepiest place in the world.

Known as “La Isla de la Munecas”, by the Spanish, The Island of the Dolls is perhaps the creepiest tourist attraction in Mexico. Located within an extensive network of canals, south of Mexico City, the island is a place of mystery and superstition.

Almost every tree growing on the island is decorated with old, mutilated dolls that give anyone the feeling that they’re constantly being watched. The story behind the Island of the Dolls began when a hermit by the name of Don Julian Santana moved here. Although he was married he chose to live the last 50 years of his life alone.

Don Julian used to say he was haunted by the ghost of the little girl who had drowned in one of the canals around the island. Some say he used to fish the dolls from the water because he though they were real children, but the truth is he was collecting and placing them around his home as a shrine for the spirit that tormented him. At one point he even traded home grown fruit and vegetables for old dolls.

Ironically, in 2001 Don Julian Santana was found dead by his nephew, in the same canal that he said the little girl drowned in. Now his Island of the Dolls is one of the world’s weirdest tourist attractions. Some tourists who visited this place claim the dolls whisper and you must offer them a gift upon setting foot on the island, to appease their spirits.

Centipede King Boonthawee Seangwong and Scorpion Queen Kanjana Kaetkeow - have tied the knot in a "Believe It Or Not" ceremony that included six other ghoulish couples.

Marking Valentine's Day in morbid style, seven couples decked out as corpses, took part in a traditional Thai wedding ceremony - complete with chanting Buddhist monks and the pouring of lustral water on the hands of the newlyweds - sponsored by Ripley's Believe It Or Not Haunted House attraction at Pattaya beach resort.

The star couple of the unusual nuptials were Kanjana, 36, who entered the Guinness Book of World Records in 2002 for spending 32 days in a glass cube with 3,400 scorpions, and Boonthawee, 29, a 2003 Guinness record holder for spending 28 days with 1,000 centipedes.

"We met and fell in love at a snake farm in Samui Island where we were both performing," Kanjana said.

"We've done plenty of strange things before so a strange wedding sounded fun, and besides Ripley's is paying for it," she said.

All the romantic newlyweds will spend their first night of matrimonial bliss sleeping together in a coffin at Ripley's Haunted House.

"It's like being reborn again, and I hope it means we'll have a long life together," said Kanjana of her upcoming wedding night.

Royal Garden Entertainment, the owner-operator of the Royal Garden Hotel and Ripley's Believe It Or Not complex in Pattaya, has vowed to make the Valentine's necro-nuptials an annual affair.

"This year we have such lovely couples, I expect we will have more lovely couples and more variety next year," said Somporn Naksuetrong, general manager of Royal Garden Entertainment.

World's Spookiest Restaurant T'Spookhuys

The World's Spookiest Restaurant T'Spookhuys Known also as the “House of 1,000 Ghosts”, the T’Spookhuys Restaurant was designed to scare the hell out of its customers, with a truly creepy interior design and bizarre menu.

Located in the city of Turnhout, Belgium, T’Spookhuys was founded by Karl Hendrix and Bjorn Leys, as a place where people could experience the horrors of a haunted mansion. When it opened its gates to the public, on October 1st 1997, it shocked pretty much everyone with its creepy interior decorations, squeaky doors, smoke coming down from the ceiling, moving paintings, and other special effects. Soon everyone wanted to “dine in hell” and witness the weird spectacles and cameos that took part at the T’Spookhuys Restaurant.

Some of the foods on the menu included mud pie and spicy worms served in skull-shaped bowls, by waiters dressed as vampires and devil worshipers, but instead of driving people away, this incredibly spooky atmosphere brought in more curious clients. Not even the rumors about satanic rituals being performed on the restaurant’s upper floor didn’t scare anyone.

In 2008, eleven years after they opened this crazy establishment, the owners of T’Spookhuys decided to close down the place and open a whole new club, in the city of Zandhoven. To the joy of urban explorers, T’Spookhuys was left intact, allowing them to explore and take photos of what used to be probably the spookiest restaurant in the world. As you’d expect, there are dozens of stories of ghost and tormented spirits living in the abandoned restaurant, saying that they are the real reason the owners decided to close shop and move away, but no ghost sightings have been reported yet.

Here's another pictures of the World's Spookiest Restaurant..

Tegenaria Agrestis Horrible Spider Bites

Tegenaria Agrestis Spider - Horrible Wound after bitten by spiders. Well you can see the picture in the left showing you an injury after getting bitten by this spider. It's really awful and disgusting. so beware of this hobo spiders (Tegenaria Agrestis).

Most people do fear these little creatures called spiders even if some of them are harmful. Still there are several that are dangerous, and one of them is the hobo spider from North America, also known as Tegenaria Agrestis this spider species are all tan/brown, has a large fangs, fairly small,, that belongs to the group of funnel web spiders. What’s special about this kind of spiders is that they create a funnel-shaped silky web and then they will wait at the end of it for other insects to get stuck into their trap. The danger of this spider is that its bite will cause serious local wounds and pain, and this will further cause to tissue death in the areas of the bite. In these pictures you can see how the wound is developing after the spider bite.

The ironic thing is that hobo spiders try to avoid contact with humans because they’re afraid, but still people get bit because the spiders are to be found around human habitations, and they can accidentally get crushed by parts of the human body.
